NGS/Microarray Annotation Database¡õManagement

LSKB was upgraded as the information management system to retrieve information more accurately and faster than from the NGS and microarray data.
As well as integration and management of the information contained in the database using a variety of public which is the core technology already, the gene synonym dictionary and their disease, such as compounds, Interface and functionality for annotation analysis and comprehensive genomic information related to the NGS, a group of sequence and gene of interest, and functional analysis has been added.
The basic keyword or genome location search employs a system whereby the utilization of various options will provide the user with more accurate search results.
Function corresponding to the NGS / Microarray is divided into five broad, has annotation capabilities, management capabilities, analysis capabilities, viewer function, features and integration with external tools.

Data Registration and Management

Data for analysis can be imported into the LSKB in a variety of formats is possible.

Summary and its detail information such as SNPs was registered as a landmark.




NGS data annotation

It is possible to annotate the sequence data with the genome position. If you use the workflow tools, the performance will be more convenience such as the search for SNPs detection against the dbSNP, 1000Genomes, to find the AA mutation for the non-synonymous SNP (with the external modules). We are ready to integrate our annotation DB with the 3rd party workflow tool or with your original system.

Disease analysis of grouped genes

Similarly, this search is performed by inputting a gene ID list in the gene group analysis window and selecting the "Target" for "Disease". The GO search function searches for diseases based on a gene set that has been narrowed down through microarray analysis, this function allows the user to search the disease vs gene database to quickly ascertain trends in a specific disease.

Private Annotation Management

LSKB is preparing an interface for private annotation import. Also, it is possible to selected and create the annotation group with keywords through database of LSKB which has been growing.
