Analysis of compound groups

LSKB can read compound group data stored on an SD file and perform multiple compound function searches. For example, we will provide an example using the human cancer cell line dataset (NCI: National Cancer Institute). This example researches what functions are seen in a highly active cluster group of 72 compounds obtained from an HTS assay.

This example shows what functions can be seen in a highly active cluster group of 72 compounds obtained from an HTS assay which are NCI human cancer cell line assay dataset.

Find same compounds from “Chemicals in literature ” data et.
Then 31 compounds are found in dataset.

Next, search for the relationships among groups of genes and their functions from these 31 compounds.
A list of compounds with strong associations is displayed. As it is evident from the results, these compounds are associated with "colchine".
