Data Import and Creating Private Knowledge

LSKB database are created from more than 20 public databases, however, you might have your own data set or commercial data set. LSKB has the web interface to upload the data set ,such as Oltholog genes, microarray probes and annotations, GSEA gene sets, GSEA based bayes learning data, interaction data, important gene sets, SNP set, and NGS or Microarray analysis results. LSKB also has the import function of the DrugBank data. If you have the download data from the DrugBank, you can easily import it to the database.

Database Integration

You might want to integrate your own data or commercial data, we will add your requested information to our database. Not only some API tools is available, but also the processes such as format changes or duration of the data is provided as our contract service.

Especially, the LSKB Chemical dictionary is curate from structure base. We can also include your chemicals to this system
