Over the years, World Fusion has focused technology development primarily on bioinformatics. Today, not only are we active with biological research goals, we also focus on the development of products that can be utilized in the field chemical genomics for drug target protein searches and ligand searches. In particular, we have realized the need to develop independent information sources for use in correlating chemical compound information with gene or disease data.

Providing annotation information about genes, proteins, compounds, and their structures and literature information, which were gathered, cleaned, and organized from over 20 public databases related to genomes, compounds, diseases, and organs.

In particular, over 51 million compounds are categorized with annotations based on their structures and have been processed to remove as many repetitions as possible.

The user can use various search and analysis functions to perform a variety of tasks, including the prediction of functions of proteins and compounds, the research of prior literatures, and the prediction of the functionality from a chemical structural formula.

TThe LSKB (Life Science Knowledge Bank) uses a variety of approaches to provide a system to search for target proteins and lignds in the field of Drug Discovery. Compared to numerous databases currently available in the world, LSKB is one of the few that can handle both protein functions and chemical structures. This special feature was made possible by combining the functionalities of Database, Bio Knowledge, and Chem Knowledge.

Using LSKB in combination with Bio and/or Chem knowledge annotations opens a broad range of possibilities for the user, including searches for drug target proteins, ligands from
a target protein, and ligands from an existing drug.

Bio Knowledge

It is equipped with primarily information related to drug target proteins, general biotechnology, DNA microarrays, proteomics, and other information
that can be used by researchers working in drug discovery. In particular, Bio Knowledge contains information that allows the user to analyze searches for drug target proteins from multiple perspectives.

Chem Knowledge

It is designed for compound information searches. The information contained in this system was gathered from public databases, which were processed and linked to structural and keyword dictionaries. The data contains Compound information, Structure, BioAssay, and PDB complex Ligand information. It includes over 51 million Non redundant compound structures and related annotations from PubChem, FDA, DrugBank, ZINC and PDB complex legands The system allows performing both chemical structure and keyword searches.
