Target Discovery pipeline

We use over 60 databases and process pipeline necessary for target discovery and have adjusted them to be optimal for target discovery and drug repurposing.

The database and pipeline supports humans, mice, rats, and zebrafish, and can be used for predicting toxicity from phenotype screening. It also includes the results of literature analysis, allowing you to obtain the functions between diseases and targets reported in the literature, as well as the relationships between biomarkers, targets, toxicity, etc.

Metagenomic analysis pipeline is an important technique for visualizing the state and effects of various environments. Based on the technology we have acquired through our contract research services specializing in the environment, medicine, food, and cosmetics, we have developed and using various software and databases, including basic metagenomic analysis, whole genome metagenomic analysis, statistical analysis specialized for microbial communities, and functional analysis.
