Databases
We use over 60 databases necessary for target discovery and have adjusted them to be optimal for target discovery and drug repurposing.
The database supports humans, mice, rats, and zebrafish, and can be used for predicting toxicity from phenotype screening. It also includes the results of literature analysis, allowing you to obtain the functions between diseases and targets reported in the literature, as well as the relationships between biomarkers, targets, toxicity, etc.

Target/biomarker discovery service
We utilize large-scale, comprehensive biological data and AI, bioinformatics, and chemoinformatics methods to provide services for discovering targets and biomarkers from diseases, and for discovering compounds and candidate therapeutic drugs from biomarkers.
The pipeline, which can also be applied to drug repurposing of existing drugs, uses known information from over 60 data sources, information generated by AI, and analyzes diseases, targets, and compound functions to find answers in unconventional ways.

In-silico prediction of phenotype screening data

Processing Pipeline
LiBLA performs text mining on the papers registered in the folder, extracts keywords and finds common elements, and then uses the created navigation keywords to perform text mining on PubMed data to suggest recommended papers.
